STEP 2

Showings

I will coordinate and accompany you on showings of the waterfront homes that best match your search criteria. STEP 3

Contract

Once you've selected the waterfront home you'd like to purchase, I will prepare and submit the purchase contract on your behalf. With decades of real estate experience and hundreds of contracts successfully negotiated, I will guide you through every detail of the agreement, including all terms, conditions, and contingencies, so you can move forward with confidence.

STEP 4

Inspection/Final Walk

I will help coordinate a professional home inspection to evaluate the property's structural components, HVAC system, plumbing, electrical systems, and other key features. If any issues are identified, I will assist in negotiating with the seller to reach a satisfactory resolution. Prior to closing, we will conduct a final walk-through of the home to verify that agreed-upon repairs have been completed, included personal property remains in place, and the home's condition meets the terms of the contract. My goal is to help ensure there are no surprises and that your purchase proceeds smoothly through closing.

STEP 5

Closing

The final walk-through has been completed to your satisfaction, all required documents have been signed and delivered to the closing agent, and the final settlement figures have been approved by both parties. Congratulations—it's time to close on your new waterfront home!
